Africa is a destination that changes those lucky enough to visit
South Africa lies on the southern tip of the continent and is divided up into nine provinces. It boasts over 1,700 miles of coastline and some of the world’s most fascinating scenery. Not many destinations can provide the diverse experiences on offer in the Rainbow Nation.
Travelling to this fascinating region you’ll want to go on safari and view the ‘Big Five’. This is the term given to the most dangerous and difficult to spot animals. These include buffalo, elephant, lion, leopard and rhino. Africa is famous for providing some of the best game viewing opportunities with safaris and National Parks in abundance.
The winelands and Garden Route are highly recommended as places to visit. These can be done from Cape Town on a self drive itinerary. Head North and you can experience the famous Kruger National Park which is a must if on safari.
