With so much to see and do in New Zealand it's difficult to know where to start. How about the North Island with the stunning coastline of the Bay of Islands and the amazing landscapes in 'Hobbit' country. The capital Auckland is great a few days of city living to. By contrast the South Island is dominated by snow capped mountains and has the stunning still lakes of the 'Sounds'. We advise you try and combine both islands in 1 trip and take the ferry between Picton and Wellington.

New Zealand is one of the worlds least crowded countries which makes driving around very enjoyable. Nature lovers won't be disappointed with a holiday to New Zealand either with the number of animals much greater than humans!
